01About

A space to be heard, properly.

I aim to provide a supportive, compassionate space — non-judgemental and inclusive — where you feel heard and validated.

Hello, I'm Emily. I've worked in clinical roles in the NHS since 2008 — with adults, young people, children and families. I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2020 and moved into private practice in 2023. The thread running through it all is the same: helping people understand themselves and live in a way that fits who they actually are.

I'm flexible and integrative in my approach, drawing on a range of evidence-based models to meet the needs of the person sitting opposite me — never the other way round. We'll work together to understand what you want from therapy, and shape the work to suit you.

02Three ways of working

What we might do together.

01

Supporting the systems

For organisations & teams

Reflective spaces, training, and 1:1 support for the people who hold the line — probation officers, prison staff, social care, healthcare teams. The work is hard; thinking together makes it sustainable.

I bring strong experience of working alongside frontline agencies to enhance psychological thinking, protect staff wellbeing, and build cultures where difficult conversations can happen and change can follow.

02

Shifting societal norms

A different kind of work

A space to unpick the rules you've been handed about how to live, how to look, how to love, and how to be — and to ask which of them are actually yours.

This work is about returning to your values, rebuilding self-worth and identity on your own terms, and choosing a life that genuinely makes you happy rather than one that simply looks the part from the outside.

1:1 Therapy

For individuals

Collaborative, paced, and tailored. We start with an assessment to understand what's brought you here, then agree a plan we revisit as we go. You set the direction; I bring the framework.
